You can upgrade MacComm Communications software to the new 4.30 user-customisable version to obtain the following benefits:
- Graphics editor to create workspaces for each transmitter site defined in the dial directory;
- Supervisors, administrators and operators can each have their own customized password protected workspace;
- In each workspace, create multiple view panels (for your main and for your backup for example) to show the information you want, the way you want;
- View panels can reflect the exact setup of the equipment installed at the site (diagrams or even bitmap photos);
- Display the Site Name, Site ID, Input/Output Name and current status in any view panel;
- Do a print screen of each view panel; and
- New menu icons (Connect, Disconnect, Logon/Logoff, Toggle Edit Toolbar, Toggle Command Toolbar).
Note that newer versions of MacComm software are backward compatible with older MAC firmware.
