Davicom SNMP Remote Site Monitoring Systems presented at the APCO Canada 2013 Conference

Davicom will be demonstrating it's remote site monitoring and control solutions, at Booth #50 of the APCO Canada 2013 Conference, at the Westin Hotel in Ottawa on November 5 and 6, 2013.

Davicom systems allow remote monitoring and control of transmitter sites thereby reducing operating costs and downtime. Immediate access to real-time site information, like transmitter/two way radio status, RF power, antenna VSWR, audio/video levels, mains power presence, temperature, tower lighting, fire alarm and building security status can be just a mouse click away. Davicom units provide automation with decision-making features and commands that go well beyond conventional telemetry systems.

Davicom systems feature a built-in SNMP Manager that allows users to take readings, set controls and receive alarms from SNMP enabled devices such as transmitters. This monitoring and control is achieved over a simple RJ-45 TCP/IP, thus greatly facilitating interface wiring.

Davicom will also introduce its Modular Monitoring & Alarm System (MMAS) for Kenwood(R) NEXEDGE(R) digital two way radios. The MMAS secures your investment and helps prevent trunking system downtime and loss of service. Based on Davicom's reliable and field-tested Site Monitoring & Control units, the system is easy to install and comes with pre-assembled connectors and pre-configured software.

The Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials, Canada, Inc. is a voluntary, not-for-profit organization dedicated to the enhancement of public safety communications. It serves the people who supply, install and operate the Emergency Communications Systems used around Canada from coast to coast.

We look forward to seeing you at the show!
