New Version 5.40 Remote Site Monitoring Software & Firmware

Davicom, a Division of Comlab inc, announces commercial release of its latest firmware and MacComm Software 5.40 for its intelligent Remote Site Monitoring & Control Systems.

FIRMWARE VERSION 5.40 :

Adds large capacity data logging and support for storage to external USB memory devices. Months of readings can be stored to the external device and be consulted when intermittent site issues appear;
Adds USB support for up to 8 serial dongles, 4 modems and 4 memory devices;
Adds support for communications over external VHF/UHF serial radio links;
Adds support for both RTU and TCP ModBus devices for a cost-effective way of expanding the number of I/O points.

MACCOMM SOFTWARE VERSION 5.40 :

Adds an on-screen graphical tool to compute input sensor linearization coefficients;
Adds a live data trending graph;
Adds user-selectable WAV file for audible alarm sounds.
