The AVS-01 Audio and Video Switcher is used for the remote control of audio/video feeds. The unit will switch one or two audio channels, and one video channel. Each channel can be controlled independently, or all three can be controlled together. An individual manual override is also available for the control of each channel.

Broadcast Facilities
Use the AVS-01 to switch between main and standby TV signals, cable or satellite feeds. The AVS-01 is an excellent accessory to the Davicom MAC remote monitoring & control unit, providing switching of audio and/or video channels upon detection of loss of signal.
Museums, theme parks, public transportation facilities
The AVS-01 can be used to quickly change feeds, such as the audio/visual displays in an information kiosk or a subway car. The unit may be used with the Scientel Dual Audio Presence Detector DAPD-01 and Dual Video Presence Detector DVPD-01 for automatic switching to back-up sources upon loss of original signal.
